Dr. Miura was a Visiting Scientist at the Computer Science Department, Carnegie Mellon University, from March 1994 to February 1995. During the stay, he was involved in the APO (Assembly Plan from Observation) project with Dr. Katsu Ikeuchi in the Task-Oriented Vision Laboratory.
