Limitations
Missing features are:
- Counter support should be improved (e.g., there is no
\backslashnewcounter).
- Index does not get sorted properly if index entries contain LaTeX
commands (e.g., \backslashindex\backslashbf important would not
get sorted properly)
- \backslashusepackage and style options are completely ignored; this is
sort of a feature since most style files/packages contain commands
that would be too complicated or meaningless for dlh; you can always
add replacement commands in a htmlonly environment (see test.tex, for
example)
