Bovik's mail is restricted to CMU access only

Due to past and potential legal problems, access to Bovik's mail is restricted to those associated with Carnegie Mellon University. This is regrettable, but unavoidable in our current legal climate.

If you have an account on any CMU computer, or have an afs account on a CMU system, you should be able to access the database using that account. If not, please send me mail.
