Turning in your homework

  • When turning in homework, put your name and lab section number in the upper right hand corner of the first page.
You will lose 5 points if you don't do this.

  • Put your answers to the questions together on a separate sheet of paper.
If the TA grading your paper can not easily find your answers, you will lose points.

  • Homework is due at the end of the class period.

  • No late homework is accepted.

  • Grading Policy

  • The two midterms and the final are each 20% of the final grade.

  • The assignment score is 40% of the final grade.

  • The assignment score is the sum of the highest 7 assignment scores out of the 8 assignments.

  • Do your own work!

  • Each student must do his or her own work.

  • It is considered cheating to turn in all or part of someone else's work as your own.

  • You may discuss homework problems with other students, but you are not to copy anyone else's written work or code.

  • You must not do work for another student.

  • Penalties for cheating will be imposed.
