Reading List on Parallel Programming Languages

This reading list gives pointers to papers on various parallel programming languages. It is meant to be representative and is certainly not complete. We have tried to place each language in a category where we think it fits best. Others are welcome to disagree with our choices. For each class we give an annotated list of readings. Four papers that give somewhat of an overview of parallel languages are [Sch93, Per92, BST89, Bal92]. A postscript version of the reading list is also available.
