Display the contents of the selected message.

Read causes the Message Text panel to appear, containing the message text for
the selected caption.  

To move around in a message use PageUp/PageDown from PC-VUI.  For the
workstation VUI use Esc-v/Ctrl-v to see the previous or the next page.
