Add a new folder to your list of personal folders.  

After you select the Create command, the following prompt appears:

	Enter new message folder:

On the highlighted line, enter the name of the folder you want to create.  Do
not use names which include the "/" character.  After the new folder is
created, VUI redraws the screen and lists the newly-created folder
among your other folders on the Mail Processing panel.
