I really wonder why, while we've no problem accepting that various 
physical characteristics are hereditary, any mention of a hereditary 
factors in intellectual abilities brings such a response.  One may 
claim that there is no sufficient evidence to pass judgement, or that 
whatever evidence exists is tainted, but calling it "laughable" 
suggests that the criteria applied have nothing to do with science.
