Of course not. But I do believe that submissions to "El popola Cxinio"
written by a resident of Hong Kong would likely not have been well
received in the past, and are more likely to be published in the
future. Forgive me if this belief is naive.... Editors always have
to suffer political pressure, n'est-ce pas?
