So far as I can tell, in my own speech I do not voice the plosives at
all.  I also do not think it can be very common to do so in the
dialects I have heard, because in the tapes I have of Dylan Thomas
reading his poetry, it is very noticeable to me that he voices them,
and it sounds so odd as to be distracting.
