Nope.  Language families and branches are usually name for the two
geographically most extreme members rather than for every member
(sorry I couldn't think of a less awkward way to word this), e.g.:

Sino-Tibetan instead of Sino-Burmo-Tibetan and Indo-European instead of 
Anatolo-Tocharo-Indo-Irano-Graeco-Italo-Kelto-Balto-Slavo-Germanic. ^_^ 

So there's an argument for "Scotto-Frisian" or "Scotio-Frisian" if one
prefers the North-South to the East-West axis, but "Anglo-Frisian" has
the advantages of a) including the name of the group's most prominent
member and b) already being in use.
