You don't know what roll-mops are?
You are missing out on a delicacy.
Perhaps you don't make them in your country.
Go to a good delicatessen shop with imported goods
from Denmark. Buy a jar of rollmops.
Rolled marinated fish (similar to herring but better).
It's rolled into tight @'s.  :-)
