Look in the Speech Tuition section of the Yellow Pages.

Here in Sydney, I called a therapist who advertises "foreign accent
change" (even if they don't advertise accent change, I think most will
agree to work on that).  The course is conducted as weekly one hour
sessions when she analyses your records and gives directions on what
is to be changed.

It costs A$75 per session (which includes the cost of all audiotapes),
paid at the time of session, so that you can drop out at any time. The
reasonable length of the course is 8-10 weeks.  Some private health
insurance may cover the tuition.

I have no idea on how effective it is.
