You have to pay for NOISEX-92.  It is a cdrom.  Some material from the
same source (ESPIRIT project) is in the IEEE's Signal Processing
Information Base, available via anonymous ftp.  Look in

             bellona.cs.rice.edu:/spib/data/noise
