Eric, get  ready for the "Conversational User Interface" or CUI
which replaces the GUI and when used in combination with a good
Windows screen reader, gives blind people fast and easy access to
everything in Windows without messing with icons.

The voice input is for voice window navigation and voice macro
command input  rather than dictation.  If you want more information
