Do you have any evidence at all to support this remarkable statement?

What digital properties are demonstrated by cinema, TV and CDs? I
certainly don't see any. It is true that CDs are digitally encoded, but
the sound coming from the loudspeakers of your stereo is still a completely
analogue signal, with the CD player carefully filtering out all remnants of
a digital effect.

It is true that the filtering of digital properties of cinema is less
complete, but the remaining digital effects cause such strangeness as
wagon wheels appearing to turn backwards. In what way does this
demonstrate that there is anything digital about the neural system?

It would seem to me that cinema, TV and CDs are completely neutral - they
offer no evidence in either direction as to whether our brains are
digitally based.
