Genetic algorithms, actually. And you can play around with some of
the parameters to influence the evolution.

Here's another choice:
ftp://www.obob.net/users/obrien/oidian/cddna.zip

Quite correct. Pay if you keep playing, no obligation if you don't, and
please pass the shareware version on to anyone interested. For registering,
you get a version with more capabilities, like being able to edit the map.

Well, when I can get around to it, I read this group, Will, so what
can I do for you? I have the distribution file zipped and uuencoded,
and ready to mail to all who request it. It's near 300K, so I'm not
about to assume, even from your post, that you'd like it in your mailbox.

***note***
          send requests to: oidian@obob.net
                                              NOT TO THIS ACCOUNT (thanks)

I'd also be happy to post it to a binaries group, but frankly, I don't
know what group would be appropriate.

Will, I think I recognize your name from this group, yet it's pretty
obvious you're not writing in response to my postings here about the
game (about last Thanksgiving) so would you mind mentioning where you
heard of it?
