What if the signal gets duplicated?  Which one will be
the real you?  What if it gets lost in a corner of a disk
drive someplace and 400 years later they find it again
and reconstitute you?

Must you be destroyed at the transmitting end?

How do you get the receiving equipment onto that distant planet?
