Hello all,

If I am intruding; Then please be identifiable as a unity (community).

(1) We would do well to insist on not insisting (what?); Bringing
a sort of baggage here. (i.e. Minsky dares suggest Simon and Newell.)

(2) Those who would be pained at philosophy; Please introduce a who (is
making AL good) for my own understanding. Note: No one is to mention Ackley.

(3) I am quite content with living defined as " ... a machine organized
(defined as a unity) as a network of processes of production (transformation
and destruction) of components that produces components which: (i) through
their interactions and transformations continuously regenerate and realize
the network of processes (relations) that produced them; and (ii) constitute
it (the machine) as a concrete unity in the space in which they (the
components) exist be specifying the topological domain of its realization
as such a network." (79 Autopoiesis, Maturana).

(4) Extensions that I like from (3) include: (a) This philosophy can be
explored not in philosophy. (b) The membrane is a component. (c) Membranes
are usually needed unless some other mechanism can bound the topological
domain of the unity. (maybe: simple strong coupling between components).

(5) Consider AL to be a sort of embryology: What we are is not what
what AL is. I figure I will have to wait another four years before
what my young contemporaries are saying is made said.

					But I do not wait,
