That sounds good.

One problem I have with Smalltalk is that it pretty much needs a window
environment with a decent code browser, or you have to drop back to the
old edit-compile-test-edit-compile-test cycle. Is there any version of
Smalltalk out there that has dispensed with the separate compile step for
classes, allowing you to define extend them in a more traditional interactive
environment?

(for example, something like Class method: #method-name does: [block] ?)
