I just received my copy of Lisp Pointers today and was
surprized to see that what was printed for the paper by
"Scheme as an Expository Language" by Aaron Konstam and
John Howland was an extended abstract of the final paper.

The final paper is available via anonymous ftp from

ariel.cs.trinity.edu in pub/scheme.expository.ps.gz
