When running Mindy for Windows NT (finally!), the first thing
that happens is

     Bogus opcode in /Mindy1.4/lib/dylan.dbc

     abnormal program termination

I sort of assume that this is a problem in the way the library
was compiled, so I MindyComp the files in the ./libraries/dylan
directory, and (after struggling to find an NT equivalent to
Unix's cat), produce a new dylan.dbc.

However, when I try Mindy-ing hello-world with this, I get

     error: Library Dylan-User circularly defined.

I've tried cat-ing the .dbc files in different orderings, but
all the obvious vriations tend to produce the same result.

Has anyone else run into this problem?
