   What advantages are demonstrably useful???

   Are you kidding???

Do think money and time are useful???

An intelligent reading of my posting would indicate that I asked for
"real cases", not theoretical arguments. Obviously the theoretical
advantages of productive dynamic languages are enormous. But in
practice dynamic languages tend to introduce factors that limit the
potential benefits when distributing final applications in real
markets, such as size and speed problems. These problems are much
less apparent in large, special purpose application, where languages
like Lisp have been able to successfully compete. So I'm asking for
examples of real cases of advantages accrued by reduced time to
market, which implies a competitive, consumer-oriented environment.

I note in passing that I spend all my time trying to implement and
sell dynamic languages, so it's not like I'm doing this out of
antagonism for the "cause". I just want to get a feel for the real
market for these languages and the kind of arguments that might
actually swing potential clients.
