I really can't say what Apple Dylan will be the day it arrives. But I have
studied the Alpha Dylan demos (on the ETO #16 CD and also availible from
Apple development by ftp) and it seemed that the framework for Dylan had a
large degree of support for Apple Event (and wereby AppleScript).
The code for reciving a Apple Event and extracting the parameters were
just a few lines.

I don't know if this help you much...
