Theme: Decision making with GIS: The Fourth Dimension

The annual GIS Symposium is the event of the year for
GIS practitioners and professionals in natural resource
management. It is the essential gathering place for
top-level users, managers and technical people
concerned with planning where they and their
organizations should be going with GIS. It will feature
educational workshops, tutorials, plenary and keynote
sessions, a job market, technical paper and poster
sessions and a major trade show - GISEXPO. The focus of
the 1994 Symposium is Decision Making With GIS.

We are particularly interested in receiving submissions 
about Decision Support Systems and Knowledge based systems
as applied to natural resource management.

It is not too late to offer papers, workshops or
posters. The organizers will accept abstracts right up
to October. Contact us immediately to let us know your
