Hi there,

I was wondering if you can help me..... I am looking for some
algorithms for pattern recognition.I need to recognize circles in an
image. The number of cirlces are fixed and the image is likely to be
noise free to some extent. however the size of the circles may not be
fixed. Since, the shape of the patterns is circular, i think some
pattern recognition algorithms can be applied. i will greatly
appreciate it if you can tell me if there exists any sources, sites
etc for such algorithms which can detect a shape of varying size.

please email me the responses at ; apurva@cs.sfu.ca as i don't read
this newsgroup regularly.

thanks in advance
