I may be wrong but I thought that grabber was monchrome not colour?

Quite a few of the JVC cameras have a 9 way D type connector on that also 
provides the RGB output, so it might just be a case of different cable between 
camera and frame grabber. I could be wrong about your camera as the camera
model number is not quoted.

What software are you using to control the frame grabber?
