I am interested in any software, either Public Domain or otherwise,
which contains an algorithm to size particle images. The captured images
are of a laser scattered by suspended bubbles. The images in
question are expected to be round and fairly clear in representation.

If anyone out there can help me avoid measuring these images with a
set of calipers, I would greatly appreciate it.

Thanks in advance.
