Assembly Technology Research Group

- Senior Process Development Engineer

In our Assembly Technology Research Group, you will develop methods for
low-cost component assembly and IC packaging, seeing projects through
from initial feasibility evaluations to refinement and commercialization. 
Emphasis will be placed on materials evaluation, process experimentation and 
optimization, as well as assembly and reliability performance.  

Graduate degree or equivalent in Chemical or Materials Engineering,
or related discipline (Ph.D. preferred), and experience with advanced IC 
packaging and circuit board assembly processes required.  This self-motivated
individual should possess a teamwork attitude, and good organizational and 
communication skills.
