Whatever you get, make sure that it has peak detect if you
intend to look at waveforms in digital systems.  Otherwise
narrow pulses can fall between the adc samples and just disappear.

If 0-15MHz is enough for you look at the HP 33120A arbitrary
waveform/function generator.  On sine wave mine delivers 2nd harmonic
at -75dB at 1kHz.  When I needed to get below -100dB 2nd and higher
I added an air-cored LC filter to the output and put it in a mu metal
box inside a steel cabinet to remove the mains hum it picked up.
It worked!
