  Just a note of warning, some specialty stores like Spencer Gifts 
offer a "Black Light Bulb" which looks like an ordinary incandescent 
bulb with a UV transparent coating on the inside of it.  Though these 
are fine for illuminating black light posters (well, maybe just OK), 
they put out low levels of long wave UV (I think) and that doesn't 
do the trick, you need the short wave UV to do a quick job of erasing 
an EPROM, and that stuff won't pass through ordinary glass.
