As far as the software and motion control hardware goes, try calling CNC 
Software and Systems: 800-270-3665.  They provide the user interface and 
G-Code translation capabilities most CNC machine operators require.  They 
may also direct you to suppliers for the ball-screws, motors, amps, ect. 
you might need to complete the project.
