     "Robot Evolution" by Rosheim gives it some coverage.

     Odetics is in Anaheim, CA, and they're still in business, although
robots are a sideline.  Write them for information.  A later version
included a large arm.

     The original ODEX-1 is in the Smithsonian Institution in Washington.
