I recently was "emailing" with Klaus Peters, President of AK Peters, and 
he had mentioned to me that they were coming out with a Rug Warrior kit 
for $289.95, which also includes a copy of "Interactive C" and a book on 
the IC compiler.  I think they'll be announcing it in about a month.
