The following was on page 16 of the May 18 Industry Report:

  Wanted: factory-floor ideas worth $22,000
  The Department of Energy's Pacific Northwest Labs, through its
  Innovative Concepts Program, is soliciting ideas for improving
  industrial processes. The DoE is particularly interest in ways to
  extend factory equipment life; new sensors and controls for difficult
  applications; making industrial operations more environmentally sound;
  and improving energy efficiency. Ideas accepted by the DoE will
  receive $22,000 in funding for preliminary technical and market
  evaluations. Proposals are due by June 1. Fax the DoE's Lisa Barnett
  for a 'solicitation package' at 206/553-2200.

Note the June 1 deadline. Good luck!
