The 68306's major features are:
     -68EC000 core
     -2 UART channels (68681 DUART compatible)
     -DRAM controller
     -8 programmable chip selects
     -Programmable interrupt controller
     -16.67 MHz, 5 volts.
It is availible in 144 and 132 pin QFP packages. The user's manual part
number is MC68306UM/AD. Try calling your local Motorola sales office or
you can call the Motorola Literature Distribution Center in the US at
1-800-441-2447.
