 There was an article published in September 1983 in Byte magazine by Steve Ciarcia, using the IS32 optic ram.  I obtained a couple of these chips from
 a company called Micro Mint Inc. 4 Park St. Vernon, Ct 06066 1-800-635-3355
 I don't know if the devices are still available or what I paid for mine,
 that was a few years ago.  I do remember that the pictures were very easy to obtain and quiet usable.
