As previously mentioned I made a big buy of two types of gearhead motors.
At the last Seattle Robotic Society meeting I sold quite a few with quite
a few left. I will be offering the remainder to other folks interested in
robotics. The salient features of the motors are:
The first motor is made by the Kimiki Precision motor co. These motors
are used but have been test run to make sure they work. They turn at
about 160 RPM at 12VDC they draw 75 ma at no load and about 350 ma at
full load. They have excellent torque for their size and have much more
torque than an RC servo. They have some kind of a tack on them that yield
about 15.6 KHZ at about 160 Rpm. Themotor is 5/8 dia by about 1 7/16 long
attached to a gearhead that is 1/1/4 in dia by 9/16 thick. The shaft is
about 1/8 dia by about 1/2 long which has a brass capstan that can be
removed or used as is.
The send motor is a baber colman 12 VDC motor that draws 100ma at no load
and about 450 at full load. This motor has enorous torque and would be
great for a sumo wrestler. The motor is about 1 1/4 dia and about 2 3/4
long with the gearhead. The shaft is about 3/16 dia and about 7/16 long

If you are interested drop me some email as to WHICH motor you want and
how many you want. The price is $10 US for each motor plus $4.00 S/H for
two motors. Add $1 for each additional motor. Outside the US call for
postage charges.
I will take orders on a first call first served. These motrs generenally
go fast so if you want some let me know. I will confirm your order and
give to the info for mailing payment.
Ejoy!
