I understand both the Newton and the Sharp Wizard OZ9600 have
IR data communication capability.  Does anyone know how fast 
these IR devices are and if they (or equivalent) are commercially 
available?  Do these or any other such devices operate as a null modem,
drivable directly with common modem communication software?  What
is the upper limit of reliable data transfer rate using such a scheme?
