Best bet I know is to write letters to the builders asking for the info.

I think Denning's address is in the FAQ.

Writing a nice letter to the NSWC, identifying yourself as a student, and
asking for the information, is as good a way as any.  You should be able
to get the contact address through your Navy ROTC office (if your school
has Navy ROTC) or your local Navy recruiting station (if your school
doesn't have Navy ROTC).
