The article on the d-ram camera was in the september 1983 byte issue
titled build the micro d-cam solid-state video camera, by Steve Ciarcia.
The device used in the article is an IS32 optic ram. The chip has a 256
x 128 pixel format. I purchased the devices I used from Micromint Inc
4 Park St. Vernon, Ct. 06066 (203) 871-6170. The system was adequate
for image recognition as I re-call, although it has been many years
since my experiments with this device. Hope this helps some.
