I bought an inexpensive but functional EPROM emulator for $150
from Computek Labs (219) 489-2854 that can emulate up to a 1Mbit
EPROM and takes up to 56.7K baud RS-232 line for download. The unit
uses a little PIC microprocessor and communicates through sufficient
though somewhat cryptic LED

HERE'S WHAT I NEED:

The emulator does not take a base address offset for the S-record
download. E.g., my EEPROM is at logical 8000, so I need to have a base
offset of 8000. but Do you have or know what I can find:
1) A PC or Mac C program that does this
2) or, source code that does this.

I know it's not that hard, but this emulator was intended to save me
time, not lead me into a digressive programming and debugging
exercise.

thanks,
phil...
