I need to drive a DC motor with up to 3 amps of current
continuously. I plan to use an H-bridge driver, and would like to use
a single chip/module if possible. The only devices I have found are
National Semiconductor's LMD18200/18201 current sensing H-bridges (3A
cont., 6A peak) Has anyone used these beasts? Are there any others
out there? Can these devices be used in parallel for additional
current?

Thanks!
