I've multi-tasked with OS/2 but not what you are describing.  However, OS/2 is
the operating system used at the INDY 500 to keep track of all of the cars so
Iwould expect that it should do what you want.  You might get intouch with IBM,
they are VERY responsive now to assisting people.
