Wiring diagrams for platforms (3) and (4) are provided in the Mini
Board Technical Reference manual, available via anon FTP from
cherupakha.media.mit.edu in pub/miniboard/docs.

I'm sorry but I don't know the pinouts of the other two platforms, but
if you have doc's on those machines, I'm sure you could infer what the
adapter should be like by knowing the IBM standard.
