Yes.  It can be found in
cherupakha.media.mit.edu:pub/6270/interactive-c/IC.sea.hqx (a
self-extracting archive).

P.S.  Off this topic, let me apologize for contributing to the
misinformation about the VPL and AGE data/power glove history.  I was
quite uninformed and did not know about the patent situation or the
legal battle, which certainly would cause feelings to be strained.
