Hi

I have some 8031BH90 - they're CMOS and have a fault in the interrupt
logic and startup (reset) sequence.  They were very cheap ($5) when
the CMOS versions were just becoming available and came complete with
a page (no, several pages :-) detailing exactly what was (is) wrong with
the chips and how to work around the faults.

If you need to know I could dig up the details ...

A classic case of "They don't quite work but we'll sell them anyway" -
sound familiar :-)
