Excuse me if this is a silly question, but I'm mostly a software guy.

Do the two bullets above imply that the '811' can simply be pulled
and replaced by a '711'? If I was using one of these boards, and
my code grew bigger than 2K, could I go out, buy a '7ll', get new
new downloading sofware, and use the 12K available on the new MCU?

Thanks a lot.
