Dear reader,

I have a problem with SNNS. I use Cascade Correlation and I get a MSE-
value of 0.00346. When I make a result file with the pattern-set with
which I trained, I get a MSE of about 0.09. If I set the learnig-function
to Standard Backpropagation, the update function to Topological Order and
the learning-parameters to zero, I get the same result for the MSE.
Can anybody tell me if this is a bug of SNNS or what I am doing wrong.
I will include further data in this massage.
