Yes, we've had several PNN and GRNN questions lately. I am going to try
to include these in a major revision of the FAQ this month.  Also
"Should I normalize inputs/targets?" Also I'm working on a discussion of
the MLP vs. RBF question. And, of course, "What is a neural net?".
Anything else I should add?
